Third Read and Finally Passed the bill to make changes to the “Property Assessed Clean Energy” loan program. Both sides came together to come up with a workable compromise to institute consumer protections and regulatory oversight to the loan program.

@repckelly Broadband, electrification and even roads and bridges allow connectivity. The individual citizen must decide whether to access that infrastructure by buying onto the grid or purchasing a car. Medicaid is about government paying for direct services for the individual.
