@maya_chavez_ I dont think you understand our proposal. It 1) gives parents education savings accounts make up for the failings of remote learning, 2) allows kids to go to other public schools if theirs is closed despite being safe to open.

A thread On education: The RI General Assembly has failed its basic duty to provide a robust public education system. The State must take decisive action to fix the widespread problems in our public education system, or the People will be forced to amend our Constitution.
@maya_chavez_ Use CARES Act funding and some public education dollars (unopened school districts will save a lot of $ this year) to empower parents of children that arent getting their constitutionally entitled appropriate education.
