@traviswhall @GovGianforte $ 24 incidentally is the average wage (or thereabouts) of Montanans. I think instead of a set number, it should float to be benchmarked by the last measured year (maybe census bureau numbers) of what the average Montanan makes. I think that's fair and ties pay to MT prosperity.
