With less than 24 hours left to pass as FY24 budget, the #moleg Senate was deadlocked over debate on a landfill. Mayor @QuintonLucasKC came through for KC and took action to protect residents AND clear the path for the budget<U+2019>s passage. I appreciate his work & leadership.
