One week from today, bars and similar establishments will be able to reopen. In those counties where the County Judge has opted in, bars will be able to reopen at up to 50% capacity and all customers must be seated while eating or drinking.

Now, restaurants may remain open but must limit dine-in capacity to no more than 50%. As of today, all bars and businesses that earn more than 51% of profits from alcohol sales are CLOSED except for delivery and take-out service.
