The New Jersey State policy of teaching gender identity to children in the first and second grade would create confusion at that age. The subject is complicated and would only make sense for age appropriate students.

It is almost inconceivable that the legislature does not hold a hearing regarding “masks in school”. Parents, doctors, teachers and students have an absolute right to be heard. It is scary that Trenton elected officials can silence residents and have no fear of the voters.

Tomorrow the Senate will vote on my bipartisan bill S3330 (co prime sponsor is Senator Cryan) that requires some teaching of grief and loss in health classes to high school students. 1 out of every 12 students suffer the loss of a parent or sibling prior to graduation.

On Monday the Senate Education Committee will consider my proposal to teach grief counseling in health classes. The support for this law has been overwhelmingly and appreciate the support of co-sponsor Senator Joe Cryan. A bipartisan bill

Only in New Jersey. A student in Cosmetology School needs 600 hours to work in a salon and wash someone<U+2019>s hair. This reduces the number of hours to 60. Some argue that is not enough training <U+0001F600>mmmmm https://t.co/rSO0HZNWR0

Today the Senate unanimously passed the Bramnick/Cryan bill that requires some teaching of Grief and Loss in high schools health classes. Ava Quesada who lost her brother pressed the <U+201C>yes<U+201D> button at my desk. https://t.co/xF88dQG59L

Right wing <U+201C>know it all<U+201D>extremists are attacking my Bi-Partisan proposed law to teach some <U+201C>grief education<U+201D> in health classes. I am not surprised that they ignore the importance of this legislation. A few days a year of instruction can make a world of difference

Over 100 residents have requested to speak at my schools mask hearing tomorrow. Parents has been excluded from the discussion. Trenton refused to have legislative hearings.
