As per Greenwich Emergency Operations Director Joe Laucella, power has been restored to all of the affected homes in Greenwich as of last night<U+FFFC>. Thank you to Joe for his constant updates throughout the storm as well as all of the departments who were involved in the effort.

Tropical Storm Isaias Response Update 08-11-2020 3:00 pm Currently, there is slightly over 1 percent of residents without power in the Town of Greenwich. This is down from 10 percent this time on August 10, 2020.
Tropical Storm Isaias Response- Final Update 8-12-2020 12:00 pm There is now under 1% of the Town without power. This equates to less than 72 Eversource customers affected. As a result of near complete restoration of powe, Greenwich will be lifting the Local State of Emergency.
Tropical Storm Isaias Update 8-11-2020 4:30 pm Greenwich Emergency Ops Center continues to deal with the damage to the wire grid throughout the entire community, and there are still numerous Eversource contractors in the Town. The Town continues to work on debris removal.
Emergency Operations Director Dan Warzoha reports that 12 Greenwich homes still without power as a result of last nights storm. Power should be back to those affected by 1:30.
Eversource is reporting 540 power outages in Greenwich. There are a number of trees, limbs, and wires down across the town, so please be careful. Please pass on the information below regarding warming centers in town and don't forget to check on elderly neighbors. Thank you.
According to Eversource, approximately 10% of the Town remains without power. This increase from the morning is due to the power being turned off temporarily to energize more lines. The Town continues to advocate with Eversource and others for resources to address all issues
