@JacobBrierBTC @GPSJenn I have not heard any good reasons why this restriction is in place. Usually the justification revolves around protecting Nat. Grid<U+2019>s bottom line over, you know, the planet. Time to get serious about solar and let people put up the panels.
@kathyprojo @projo Set a top end for incentives in statute, set clear criteria for getting incentive payments - including performance targets, and let the PUC make the call. Down the road we will pay less for power than we do now.
