Democrat NYC PUBLIC SCHOOL CHANCELLOR CARRANZA NEEDS TO GO. The Chancellor has had nearly 7 months to formulate & implement a plan to allow NYCs more than 1 million students to return to school to receive an education in a way that's safe for the students, teachers and parents.
