@RussLatino Yes, we do. And that has to be addressed. But, lowering standards via just "flood the market" with non-MDs (or DOs) does not bode well for good outcomes. Pilot, flight attendant, gate check attendant, jet mechanic all have a roll in keeping the plansafe and flying.
