A lot of people are talking about shelter in place orders. Normally, that means an order to stay where you are, home or not, lock the doors, and dont move at all because of an ongoing emergency. If thats not what you mean, make that really clear if possible. Thanks.

@wtylersandberg @CindiinCO Using terms like lockdown or shelter in place are not at useful when they have no real definition. The Governor has asked people to stay home many, many times. When were talking about restrictions on movement by ordinary citizens, precision is better than slogans.
Youre not on lockdown while youre at the grocery store. Youre not sheltering in place while youre out on a hike. Were talking about new restrictions on millions of people. We owe it to them to be really careful in explaining whats happening.

@JoeStGeorge This is a feature, not a bug. No state has actually ordered a lockdown. You can go to the doctor, buy groceries, pick up food, and exercise outside in every state. Terms like lockdown and shelter in place just arent applicable to anything weve seen.
