If your business model involves paying your workers starvation wages, you don't have a sustainable business model. #MinimumWage #RaiseTheWage #FightFor15

Not one labor leader, not one person of color, not one scientist, not one doctor, no ideological diversity. Just a bunch of old, white right-wingers and nepotites. What could go wrong? #coronavirus https://t.co/Wxf3rpWTu9

@KCAddison68 Yes. Given the facts about COVID you accurately described, most waitstaff is getting very few tips, which they typically rely on to survive. Unless you are truly struggling, they need the money more than you. They need to survive, and they can only do that if they are tipped.

#Walmart CEO says he opposes national $15 per hour #MinimumWage. He says the law should consider "regional economics". In 2019 his compensation was $22.11 Million. I guess that's what one has to make to survive in Memphis. https://t.co/Y4bUYYpssY

Well it depends on your idea of "living very well" is. I guess some people LOVE working two full-time jobs so they don't turn off your heat. Others only really, really like it. There's a range. https://t.co/jk48VZH9Ha

Well, I've eaten at Chipotle for the last time. And in addition to feeling good about standing with workers, I'll probably live another few decades. https://t.co/X0evRHIdfb
