@pittsburghatory What is fighting look like in that context exactly? We had dozens of meetings, we repeatedly pressed on a number of issues (conditions, whole plant, homegrown, etc.). They were willing to go so far and no farther. At a certain point, you have a choice. Bill or no bill.
