@kaylayoungforwv 3. imagine if we stopped blaming teachers and started holding parents accountable for the child's success/conduct in school, 4. imagine if we were honest with ourselves about how to make WV an appealing place for the next generation to live, .....I could go on and on...

@JVWVU1 @CanterburyTells @WaltAuvil @PhilKabler I understand that the theory behind not requiring residency for Promise (est. before my service in the legislature) was to make sure kids received an education first, job second, if able. If no jobs for them in WV, why punish them by disallowing the Promise?
