@JVWVU1 @jilleduffy I think her point was about the claimed 'adaptability and nimbleness' of tech companies even in response to adverse legislative action or court rulings. I suspect it might impact UBER's bottom line but nimbleness suggests it raise rates to pay expense of having so many employees.
@WVEconomist activity with buildings having a life span of, what, 40-50 years? Technology is changing so fast and the kids growing up these days are going to expect technological advances to be used in their lives. (2)
