CT this is really important: You should NOT rush to your local grocery store and buy items you do not need/stockpile just because non-essential businesses are closing Grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations and other essential businesses WILL remain open and continue stocking!

The agreement reached by @GovNedLamont @FoxwoodsCT and @MoheganSun to legalize sports betting and modernize gaming is a good deal for the state, fans and our economy and the legislature should act quickly to approve it.

Hey CT! Friendly reminder that Sales Tax Free week begins this Sunday! The list of eligible clothing/footwear items under $100 is super random (square dancing clothes!) but there is a lot of good stuff (fellow parents: diapers ARE eligible) to save on so check it out! https://t.co/6a4ZpcKCsb

Failing to legalize sports betting while our neighboring states bring in MILLIONS is just silly. As the new chair of the Finance Committee, I want to get this done in 2021 and I'm confident we will. https://t.co/HRRwruuofP

Connecticut is the Insurance Capitol of the World and we should therefore be proud to be the first state in the nation to announce a 60 day grace period for health and property/casualty insurance. Big deal.

Proud to have worked for @ChrisMurphyCT when he voted for this and proud to have passed legislation in the General Assembly codifying provisions of the ACA into CT law so that no matter what happens in Washington, people in CT will be protected and still have access to insurance https://t.co/B3wd5w3g7e

PURA's investigation confirmed what we already knew: Eversource failed CT during Isaias and now they want customers to foot the bill. Absolutely not. PURA must reject any attempt to pass on costs from this storm. https://t.co/1W1gVNfP67

Insurance companies are asking for double digit rate increases for individual and small group plans That<U+2019>s insane Today I joined @AGWilliamTong @MattLesser @TedDoolittle2 & others to call for a full public hearing so insurers have to justify these excessive & unaffordable hikes https://t.co/50fJMrcY6I
