@donaldbryson @stockdale_ben @BobbyHanig Yes it is. But its hard, at least for me, to argue against projects that dramatically increase property tax revenues for less affluent tier one counties. The math works for those counties.

@throndset13 @NCGOP You misunderstood what I said. I completely understand the effects of bad credit. What I said was that there are actions that can be taken to improve credit scores. Also that the bureaus have instituted some scoring adjustments on medical collections.

@RDLitka HB83 passed the House almost unanimously. It was included in the House Budget that was sent back to the Senate. The House and Senate are now negotiating the final Budget of which this bill is a part.
