And just to add some context, it takes 2 years to build a refinery, not to mention get it permitted and 15-20 years to pay them off. #fuzzymath

@sulliclaire If they like that concept I’m sure we can help them more by the legislature reducing funding to the school or student scholarships etc from the taxes those oil and gas companies pay as well as anyone from the industry through oil and gas jobs..
