Keep hearing folks talk about the $1B Broadband Strategy here in WV. Over and over they say the money coming to our state from the AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN. Thank @Sen_JoeManchin for being the ONLY member of WV's Congressional Delegation to vote YES on over $4B to WV.
