Glad to 2nd the motion and vote to kill a misguided bill to repeal Virginia's minimum wage increase to $12 an hour in January 2023 this afternoon. Virginia's workers will continue to have a voice and advocate in the General Assembly as long as @VASenateDems hold the majority.

My bill to allow a private cause of action for wage theft passes out of committee 12-3. Wage theft has been rampant and workers have had no real recourse to get their earned wages for far too long.
