@Veritas_Lux_Mea 1) it’s not just Comcast - other ISPs already use caps, they’re abusing market position 2) we should strengthen our anti-trust laws 3) if the Feds won’t implement net neutrality rules, states should 4) where there isn’t effective competition, states should regulate rates.
