Last week he placed more restrictions on our region and he announced further restrictions yesterday before walking them back. This Governor needs to work with the legislature and stop making decisions without legislative approval.

Governor Pritzker continues to ignore the entire legislative body by implementing his agenda through emergency rules and executive orders. The decisions he is making must be voted on by the House and Senate, not implemented by state agencies and special committees. #twill
Only after the Democrat Governor of California makes a similar announcement, Governor Pritzker follows in lockstep to lift the mask mandate beginning on Feb. 28. #twill
My response to Governor Pritkzer's budget he proposed to the Illinois General Assembly today #twill https://t.co/m7VJrmDRhB
Governor Pritzkers announcement to enforce stricter COVID restrictions is a BIG disappointment. His administration continues to treat Chicago better than the Metro East.
Corruption is the root of Illinois problems, I was happy to hear the Governor supports stronger ethics reforms such as legislation I co-sponsored that would ban lawmakers from serving as paid lobbyists. However, I was disappointed we didnt hear anything about fair maps. https://t.co/jxPPSRnNnT
