Less than an hour ago, I voted in favor of #hr836 which would terminate Pennsylvanias emergency declaration. It passed in a bi-partisan vote. We can contain #COVID19. Businesses can safely reopen for employees & customers. We can and must protect lives and livelihoods.
I will introduce legislation halting commercial foreclosures and evictions. #SmallBusiness is critical to our economy and communities. During this unprecedented crisis, they need our support to help secure their future. @ChescoChamber @DelcoChamber https://t.co/TqyTfm8uvH

The economic ramifications of the #COVID19 emergency are already being felt. As policymakers, we must do all in our power to limit those negative effects and provide relief to Pennsylvanias small business owners. https://t.co/2hDJLEvNsn via @phillyinquirer
Our primary goal remains protecting the health and welfare of PAians. We must act swiftly & decisively to lessen the severe damage the #COVID19 crisis has done to the finances of hardworking citizens, small businesses and our economy. https://t.co/tQjHYbW9nO
Decisions about our state must be made by Pennsylvanians, not by those in Rhode Island or Connecticut. These decisions which affect the ability of businesses to pay their employees and those employees to pay their bills must be made with the highest degree of transparency.
My top legislative priority is swift passage of my zero-interest #SmallBusiness disaster loan bill, #SB1086. Were a resilient state. Working together, #Pennsylvania will get through this!
As @DelcoCouncil said, our region is the economic engine that drives the state economy and contributes a disproportionate share of the States tax revenue. I join them in saying we must get that economic engine back up and running as quickly as safely possible.
