Rep. Attica Scott & I disagree a lot; we agree some, too. So what? Ive read numerous tweets attacking & laughing at Rep. Scott for testing positive for COVID. This nastiness, on both sides, is disgusting. Wish her health & a full recovery...or keep scrolling. Dont be an ass.

I went to Jefferson Square and talked with protesters. I thought it would be helpful to look these men and women in the eyes and listen to them. The conversation wasnt always comfortable for any of us, but it was helpful to me. https://t.co/UtyCYvgvlt
We dont need to change people, convert people. We need to love them. Im happy to join effort to end conversion therapy, which increases suicide. Let me boldly say that the one who needs conversion is the one who cannot unconditionally love his child. https://t.co/vxQ8UrNb1l
You need directions, #AmyComeLately? You do know the hearing is right down the road from where the protests have been, right? And when you piggy-back off someone, at least tip your hat to them. You want to join my case, whereve you been while Ive fought this for months? https://t.co/Cf7vMaNsqM
There is much wrong in this world. But I choose to be kind. When someone wrongs me, I choose to be kind. Kindness isnt weakness. Its an intentional decision to treat others they way we all ought to be treated. It is a hope that our reactions can change others future actions.
The Governors kids should be left out of politics. They are off limits. But I dont remember many people speaking up for Bevins kids when the @heraldleader ran Joel Petts racist cartoon featuring Bevins child. Call balls and strikes both ways.
Re institutional racism: One polling location in our biggest city disproportionately impacts minorities. You want change? You want fairness? Then call for expanding voting centers on Election Day. Demand the Bd/Elections to open more polls. Ask your elected official to be heard.
I tell my sons all the time as they complain (like teenagers do) when I hug them, When Im 90 and you are 62, Im going to get my hugs even then. So deal with it. Some fathers and sons hug. Some dont. Mind your business.
Congratulations to Will and to the Beshears. And thanks to our Governor for sharing this important moment with the Commonwealth. Seeing your children be baptized is awesome. https://t.co/KKhedoFE7n
I strongly support their right to protest. But flying the Confederate Flag makes my skin crawl. It is abhorrent. It should not taint what the overwhelming majority in that crowd stand for, but the stars and bars belongs in a museum, certainly not in a crowd that loves America. https://t.co/9axTCB6Bh1
