Farming is integral to Oregon’s economy. That’s why we must start paying our farm workers overtime. Failing to do so means we risk an even greater labor shortage than the one we have now. #orpol #orleg @DreaValderrama https://t.co/QMl5letYwr

I stand with the McKenzie-Willamette workers. They deserve a fair contract with safe staffing, living wages, Covid-19 protections and better healthcare benefits! https://t.co/0nD4xo1hFK

Yesterday on the floor, I was proud to support HB 3389, which will provide $2.4 billion in unemployment insurance relief to small businesses who have been impacted the most!

@KhanhPhamForOR and I had a bill for this: https://t.co/zMW79XZbJF. If passed, it would have brought state legislative salaries to the average wage of working Oregonians. https://t.co/khf7YjGQEL

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, @Nabisco workers in Portland have been working long, hard hours, day in and day out, to produce Nabisco products for American families. I am proud to stand in #solidarity with them until they reach a fair contract. @BCTGM #FairContractNow https://t.co/ro9XaoNWTu

They also do not have a guarantee of employment from quarter to quarter, or health insurance, and get paid much less than tenured faculty. Many adjuncts actually work full-time, but divided between multiple colleges. I would love to see HB 3007 move forward! #orpol #orleg

-SB 764, which ends "pay for delay" practices by pharmaceutical companies, was heard in House Health Care. -House passed SB 493, which created a fair way to calculate prevailing wage for construction workers. -House passed HB 2009, a temporary moratorium on mortgage foreclosures.

Absolutely, and it limits who represents us! That's why my office introduced HB 3144, which raises legislator pay to match the average wage of working Oregonians. It certainly doesn't remove many barriers to running or serving in office, but it helps chip away at the problem. https://t.co/fX75kPllMC
