Absolutely unfair to all patients, but especially those with limited incomes and poor. I can cite several examples where such a financial burden would negatively impact folks. Sore throat, headache, so I take my temperature. Result is 97.7. Recognizing normal is 98.6, my daughter comments youre cooler than the average bear =. Dont know if that was a compliment, or statement that Im big as a bear=3=3. Or maybe neither. Lol.
