He did his research. He took his current car to @CarMax and got what I thought to be a little low, but fair offer. They treated him very nice. With the offer in hand, he went to the closest @Jeep delaership. Leith or @Chrysler_Jeep.
Even with a mask on, I can tell he is disappointed. He has a budget and has to stick with it. They move a little. We show them the offer from CarMax. They move a little. We show them their competitor's deal. They move. Finally, they say what will it take to do it.
