@CryptoWendyO @GavinNewsom There are more folks now working in CA on these issues & that will help with regulations. Also My bill signed in 2016 #AB2546 takes effect in 2024 and it will require 6yrs of financial literacy education K-12 for all CA students. 2yrs each in elementary, middle and high school.

Not sure how education is relevant here. If you can order off Amazon, you can order a birth cert from the county and get a VC sent to a wallet.
