@DeeleyVt @RHolcombeVT @SenatorCP @tchittenden I believe this should be a priority for additional one-time funding and would imagine costs go down after the program is in place. I know the committee is still working on the bill and trust @SenatorCP who is on Ag and Finance Committees.
